The exterior is a bit unassuming, and a “Ramen” banner is displayed in the parking lot during business hours. This time, I had the hamburger steak set meal. The hamburger steak, carefully hand-kneaded, was large and irregularly shaped, but it went very well with the rice. The portion of rice was quite large, but even I, a light eater, finished it all. I was surprised by the sweet and delicious tomatoes served with it – they were almost completely free of acidity! Apparently, they are home-grown and ripened on the tree. A special treat only available during this time of year in summer. Thank you for the meal.
