This is my third time traveling north-south by train in Vietnam. This time, I’ll be going from Hanoi to Vinh, then from Vinh to Ha Tinh where a friend lives. After returning to Vinh, I’ll travel slowly in two parts: from Vinh to Dong Hoi, from Dong Hoi to Nha Trang, and from Nha Trang to Saigon. My main goal is to capture as many of the diverse and historic train stations as possible on video, but I’ll also be filming the restaurants and other places I stop at along the way. After arriving in Saigon, I’ll be heading to Cao Hai in the Mekong Delta region. Please note that I will hardly be visiting any tourist spots. 😅
