This tonkatsu (pork cutlet) specialty restaurant is located just off National Route 148 after exiting the Itoigawa Interchange on the Hokuriku Expressway. Although it’s only open during lunchtime, its popularity is evident from the steady stream of customers.

Naturally, all the fried food is freshly fried and crispy. Be careful, as it’s extremely hot!
