Noi Cafe, a Vietnamese restaurant located on Ichiba Hon-dori in Naha.
It’s on the right side after walking a short distance from Kokusai-dori into Ichiba Hon-dori. The restaurant is on the second floor, so it might be a little hard to find. Look for the Vietnamese-style sign.
I had the chicken pho. The soup was authentic and tasted very close to the real thing in Vietnam.
I forgot to take a picture of the menu, but they have a wide variety of dishes including classic pho (Phở), banh mi (Bánh Mì), bun cha (Bún Chả), goi cuon (Gỏi Cuốn), and Vietnamese coffee (cà phê sữa). The menu posted on the wall is a dummy, so be careful if you understand Vietnamese! (laughs)
