Located in Nagaoka City, Aayubowan offers authentic Sri Lankan home-style cooking based on Sri Lankan Ayurveda. The dishes, made with carefully selected local vegetables and Sri Lankan spices, are prepared with great care and contain no artificial seasonings, resulting in a clean and pleasant aftertaste. While this might be personal, I personally felt much better the day after eating there, with a pleasant stomach and overall improved health. The restaurant attracts customers not only from the local area but also from other prefectures.
