“Ramen Tonta”, located at the Rendaiji PA in Itoigawa on the Hokuriku Expressway, is also accessible from local roads. On this day, I had the wonton ramen (I forgot to take a picture). The thin noodles were pleasantly springy and chewy, and there were 10 wontons. The soup was lightly flavored with a savory broth, making it a refreshing dish (this is my personal opinion).
