I headed to Seaside Isogai in Nou from the Seven-Eleven Itoigawa Oshiage store, aiming for a seafood rice bowl. The seafood rice bowl I had had 13 different kinds of toppings. Almost all of them were locally sourced and wild-caught; there was no compromise in quality. It was a delicious meal.
