I decided to take a slightly different route and found this restaurant while walking.
The dish contained salt-boiled pork, pig’s feet, pork offal, seasoned minced meat, and vegetables, all harmonizing beautifully with the light broth. Of course, it came with a generous serving of vegetables on the side. Incidentally, the sign says “Hủ Tiếu” is thin, dried rice noodles, “Mì” is something like ramen, “Nui” is something like macaroni, and “Bánh canh” is something like Japanese udon.
