A handmade soba noodle restaurant located in a scenic spot relatively close to Itoigawa city center.

They serve handmade soba noodles and the local specialty, “Sasa-zushi” (bamboo leaf sushi). Furthermore, the set includes a large plate of country-style dishes such as tempura and simmered vegetables, as well as salad, pickles, dessert, and even coffee – a truly delightful treat! 🙆‍♂️ On this day, they also included simple amazake (sweet rice wine). As you can see, the restaurant is housed in a relocated old farmhouse, giving it a wonderful atmosphere. ◎
